Barveza Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping

  • Tracking included

Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Tracking included

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or high volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.

You may qualify for free shipping when your order meets a minimum amount (e.g., orders over $XX). Free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track delivery status.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processes.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking status.

  2. Contact us at support@barveza.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
